Course prepares students for the year 11 Mathematics Methods ATAR course. Course prepares students for the year 11 Mathematics Applications ATAR course. Students studying this course intend going to university or TAFE and wish to extend their Mathematics knowledge beyond year 10. This course allows students who have a wide range of educational employment aspirations.

Course prepares students for the year 11 Mathematics Essential General course. It focuses on using mathematics effectively, efficiently and critically to make informed decisions. It provides students with the mathematical knowledge, skills and understanding to solve problems in real contexts for a range of workplace, personal, further learning and community settings. This course provides the opportunity for students to prepare for post-school options of employment and further training. This course is ideal for VET courses, apprenticeships, traineeships or employment.
