We require contact from parents/caregivers for any time the student is not on campus between 8.35am to 3.20pm. If the College has not been notified by 9am parents/caregivers will receive an SMS message. Parents are asked to respond within 30 minutes by SMS or email to the College to confirm the absence. If the College does not receive a response in this time frame, it is obliged to confirm the whereabouts of the student through other processes.
If your Child is absent, late or leaving early
Parents and carers can notify the College of their child's absence directly through the SEQTA Engage.
If your child will be absent for an extended period or the absence requires supporting documentation (such as a medical certificate), please provide this to the College in accordance with our attendance procedures.
